Jackie Griswold

Postdoctoral Researcher

Jackie is from Fort Collins, Colorado where she did her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at Colorado State University and research on cytoplasmic dynein in yeast. She did her Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins in the lab of Shigeki Watanabe researching neuronal cell biology, specifically distal axon morphology and plasticity. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Eichel Lab working on understanding how extracellular matrix interacts with canonical axon initial segment structure. In her free time she loves gardening and adventuring with her husband and dog.
