Kelsie completed her postdoctoral work at Stanford University in the lab of Kang Shen. She received her Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of California San Francisco, under the mentorship of Mark von Zastrow, studying G protein-coupled receptor signaling and membrane trafficking. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University. In her free time, she enjoys moving through the outdoors via hiking, biking, or climbing.
